At around 8:45-9:45 two young men were sitting in a Honda Jazz (reg. number LS58 MUE) between 41 Saxon Road and Fabian Street. They were drinking beer and left an empty bottle, an empty can and other rubbish by the side of the road. I have seen the same people in the same car numerous times. They always stop around the same area, drink and smoke pot, and leave rubbish behind them (bottles, cans, empty food containers, etc). I don't think they live close by and I'm not sure why they always pick this spot (are they selling drugs here?) Can anything be done to stop them coming to our neighbourhood?
